This year for NYE we headed to a little park in North Sydney to watch the fire works. We head down a little early and stake out a spot (it wasn't too bad this year as I think the showers turned the weak ones away!). The park is just down from a point where we normally go to watch the midnight fireworks as you get an uninterupted view of the bridge, city and can see the 3 fireworks sites. But the boys were both asleep so we decided to just stay at the park and watch them from there. We though it was good enough. I took a bit of film towards the end, but stopped just before the very end as my arm was getting sore and I wanted to enjoy the finale.
The fireworks were heaps more colourful this year, I think and it's such a great thing to do at least once in your life.... Zeek keeps saying 'I watch pop pop' to me and wants to watch the recording I have. It was a good display of fireworks, but I'm a bit over it now! :)
Of course this was nothing like being right there, but it gives you an idea:)

Unreal!! I was just saying to Aaron that we need to go to it one year. It must be incredible in real life.

Just yesterday eli said to me he wanted to go to zeeky's house! random, but so cute. We'd better start saving for flights!
