Catch up

I'm finally on maternity leave (YAY!) so I am finally able to catch up on some things that have happened recently....
One exciting thing that happened last month was Penny turning '50' and all of us staying down in Sydney to celebrate. It was fun spending the time together even though Zeek was sick with a cold..... meaning he was both tired and grumpy just about the whole time! Talk about attitude.... We all had fun, eating out, looking around at the shops.... even had dinner on this Showboat cruise thingy.... which I think Zeek (and Dan) enjoyed looking a the girls in the pretty costumes:) Might as well, cos i'm never gonna have a body like those girls!
We stayed at the most convenient location - the World Towers - i think it's called. It's kinda between Darling harbour and Central. Easy walking distance to both which is handy.

Enjoying a hot chocolate. We had a profiterole cake to celebrate, except Wayne was disappointed that they didn't make up a cake with 50 profiteroles..... the biggest they did I think was only 40 - and there were only 7 of us! Though they are good profiteroles:)

Don't fall..... although he is dressed the part:)

Going to the Zoo.... and zeek trying to figure out who's furrier?!

I'd say his favourite was the giraffe's. He kept running back to them to have a look. When you ask how a giraffe goes now he says 'neck' while grabbing his throat..... We know what you mean Zeek!

We also had a nice photo of Dan, Zeek and I with this lizard thing, but i haven't got round to scanning it yet.

one of his cute moments for the weekend!

Posing with my big belly!

Zeek loves eating corn off the cob.
