What is it about a sleeping child that can keep me mesmerised forever..... if it ever lasted that long! So precious, so peaceful, so perfect.......
Ever since they were both babies I would sneak into their rooms just to watch them sleep..... I had to sneak because Dan, the sleep Nazi, would tell me off for doing this thinking I would wake them :)
As I went in to check on Oli, this is what I found.......
Greeting me with a 'Hello Mummy!' He may not have been sleeping like he should have been, but still precious and still perfect :) It's usually the other way around (Oli sleeping and Zeek getting up to micheif in his room), but today Oli decided sleep wasn't in the plans!
Sometimes I have to remember who they really are and where they have come from. And that is the same place as me. As they are learning constantly, so am I. We are teaching and learning from each other each and every day. I just love them to pieces!!!
